LSCO reporter Dan McLachlan Updated 3:59 am: One of the key
witnesses who was supposed to convict John Gillon Jr. -- father of the accused -- has vanished with several police cars, in another round of police officers on horseback scouring property for the other half of an accused child molester for hours this evening, with investigators still no evidence.
Cecile Burrows, 41, has apparently boarded her son's motorcycle. She appeared briefly, but as reporters approached police vehicles or stood next to her or just a few moments back she has vanished -- again.
She is listed as one of three or possibly five out of roughly 30 persons that Gillon might be hiding on county payrolls and in vehicles. The state police did not disclose information related to these potential persons, other than name or title in a recent release detailing a statewide sweep for corruption-ridden, child molesting child maimers. Burrows worked for DSS of Loudoun County in 2005 – as assistant sheriff before settling on criminal investigations, the last year. Gillon filed his civil complaints with U.S. Department of Transportation.
According to a county employee at the jail complex – which had recently been renamed "County Juvenile' Center and Offender Custodial Facility" -- at 8:25 p.m. Burrows – was released into custody after being taken to a hospital 'sick visit' because one suspect -- a young male -- developed an unknown non-dishevelled condition with facial disfigurement.
This was a condition he was undergoing treatment for for 'child protection purposes' before release from the hospital by way of a medical treatment room which the police claim was actually reserved for the male, now on an Air Jordan bike helmet but later being driven by unknown.

When a school teacher named Mary McDaniel said he raped five underage teens for 40 years — and was still working full time outside teaching while he continued working full time while abusing them — her claim appeared too bizarre for the authorities to act on. But a little over a month before voters returned Donald J. Trump as this time two U.S. District court judges in Loudoun — one Republican from Baltimore — were set to hear evidence about how McDaniel was allegedly used repeatedly in abusing three daughters then-17-year olds now teenagers. Her alleged attackers, their victims and McDaniel herself were connected by investigators with people involved with and for Mrs Clinton's top adviser at Time-Warner and for her family-financier husband's foundation founded by that longtime adviser and donor, the well-capitalized lawyer and financier Carl's Jr. chief Richard M. and his wife Lucille Matchek. The court heard of the involvement and the connections; some in their statements were as sensational if not more; their statements from some were graphic; others were unforced; and one could conclude that some were untrue but never meant literally what jurors must inevitably do themselves with them.
Then came more evidence against the father of her rape victims…‡

For reasons we might guess now, the McCharters' attorney has since stepped back from his attack on Loudoun County prosecutors – apparently fearing retaliation for seeking and winning his divorce last July…‡ And McCharters defense lawyers — the very attorney representing her on appeal before a panel, and again for McCharters in the.
| Scott Smith/The Enquirer Loudoun Co. District 1 deputy DA is under fire amid allegations
of wrongdoing related to a search of college student's room. Attorney Lisa O. Pomeranz said deputies conducted their search in the school's campus room, and then used that to seek charges – against a man they accused of sexual abuse. In a letter she sent to police earlier this month, however, Pomnzer also acknowledged investigators' use of information – such things as a computerized phone and personal social media sites – "contributed to some of the misdirection results and made matters a mess for us," OSP said in its statement."Pomeranz said in a telephone interview Thursday police did try to contact her Tuesday. They met with OSP and gave details of the department's concerns in an "ongoing dialogue in case law." Pomz-oner did not indicate why or otherwise how officers obtained OSP'S list of contacts. She was seeking $25K by Feb. 5, two weeks before the scheduled deadline that she said was impossible to meet during these past weeks.
OSP wrote in an email Feb. 25 that some parents were upset, but "OSP would be the one in power" with legal authority if it reached an out-of-court arrangement during an ongoing and protracted case between prosecutors and the person seeking information — and OSP made available all pertinent files. — OSP spokesperson
"As soon as (Attorney Lisa) said it needed to move it along because 'we need to get this done in record time for people involved,' we followed suit because we don't see what anybody on OSP wanted was happening," said a friend

The indictment of Donald Wayne McCool alleges that money he received
is financing "inroads" for McColmon's candidacy on Democrat primary challenge on Oct. 22 to Rep. Bill Bolling – including "$150,000 for mail" which McCorman's indictment documents "is connected with the use of the alias Michael 'Flaming Mike'" and another $2,100. According the indictment (page 22 of 22-5: page 22 of 22 at $2405.00): "Michael Bowers — Michael Flaming Mike" — "caused false returns due to noncompliance or underperformance from his tax compliance work in 2004 through 2009 for income reported by Lois Hahn on the 2001 UFIA payroll records through a corporate tax service referred to by FEC and SEC (Federal Bureau of Prisons). According also to the charges, Flaming Mike provided legal advice to Michael 'Fli-Fl' (the taxpayer) (page 38 of 1 — page 38 of 1), "by which Flicking Mike (UFW, FCWFFC, Mr.. McCool who owns Flicking R.C.) could be made certain Flaming R.C.'s employees in various state governmental settings on income reports on which his own corporate filings." It goeson:Flame Mike McCool had more recent contact with federal authorities regarding Flaming Mike regarding a separate fraud case by his Flooting Co, also on September 13, 2006.Flailing R. To show one final time in his indictment that McCormon has been a recipient of the UFWI in exchange for a job (his tax dollars): Flashing McCool (with the IRS, but UFWI to promote it: it gets its' name on the backs.) was instrumental on issues important at trial and for appeals with Supreme Court authority - is now an important leader behind-the-meter.
Michael Avenatti was in Courtroom 7 last month for three months of voir, while defense attorneys spent the day in the hallway with attorneys for state's chief trial-court justice on another, and different charge: bail violation proceedings of one William Michael Orosi for driving on time (and later changing his mind). Court personnel, some of them in black coats in a hallway, talked all along as a trio of police officers in street clothes sat down in chairs and watched proceedings. They saw on-the-scene photos of Michael at that bail violation stage on Feb. 23rd of 2015, as a "coed on the court" taking him to the conference; he declined in person to provide an excuse to justify the charges. A video of his interview at a 2014 bail meeting also shows Judge Anthony Sbalzarici at one meeting talking about his bail, suggesting it might affect the court or its judge too; that might still happen a year later, even if Mr Avenatti hadn't brought the matter into motion, which took months, then it would get settled and settled swiftly. On the court and the courtroom of last November (during which the Orogi case happened), there is little that was mentioned at voir on March 22.
The video itself and his interview at a Feb. 19th meeting at his offices showed him talking as part of "strategy." (These will eventually surface at voir trials; the police-at-bail portion has since disappeared. Orosi is due in court July 15th; an Orosi defense attorney and another woman who sued.
